Bahrain attends Arab labour meeting

Labour and Social Development Ministry Undersecretary Sabah Salim Al-Dosary attended the meeting of the Arab group, on the sidelines of the 107th International Labour Conference, which opened in Geneva today and will run until the 8th of June.

The session focused on coordinating Arab stances regarding the agenda of the conference and other key issues related to Arab labour market policies and ways of exchanging technical expertise.

The delegation attended the meeting also discussed the efforts exerted by the Arab Labour Organisation (ALO) and cooperation with the International Labour Organisation (ILO).

Al-Dosary stressed Bahrain’s keenness on supporting Arab efforts in different international arenas, underlining the need to coordinate stances towards serving common Arab interests.
